Bollywood’s beloved couple, Ajay Devgn and Kajol, have always been the picture of love and admiration, often sharing glimpses of their relationship on social media. However, their recent Valentine’s Day posts have sparked curiosity and left fans questioning if all is well in their marriage.
On February 14, Kajol shared a solo picture of herself on Instagram, accompanied by the caption: “Happy Valentine’s Day to myself… I love you! #selflove #thegreatestloveofall.” The post, focused on self-love, immediately caught the eye of her followers.
Meanwhile, Ajay Devgn posted an old romantic picture with his wife Kajol, celebrating their bond. His caption read, “Figured early on who to share my heart with… and till date, it remains the same! My #Valentine today & every day @itsKajolD.” The heartfelt message showed his affection for Kajol, yet it seemed to contrast with her more self-centered post.
The difference in their posts quickly became a talking point on social media. While some fans found it amusing, others speculated that it could hint at underlying tension in their relationship. One user humorously commented, “Kalesh chal raha hai guys,” while another pointed out the contrast: “Ajay mentioned Happy Valentine’s to Kajol, and Kajol mentioned Happy Valentine’s to herself… Damn, marriage is really scary nowadays.” Some even suggested that Kajol’s post might reflect frustration with her husband’s neglect.
Despite the playful speculations, there’s no indication that there’s any trouble in paradise for Ajay and Kajol. The couple shares two children—Nysa, born in 2003, and Yug, born in 2010—and continues to be one of Bollywood’s most admired pairs. Their strong family bond is evident, even if their recent posts raised a few eyebrows.
In terms of work, Ajay Devgn was last seen in Azaad, a film directed by Abhishek Kapoor. The movie, which introduced newcomers Aaman Devgan and Rasha Thadani, was released in January but didn’t perform well at the box office.
Kajol, on the other hand, recently starred in the OTT thriller Do Patti alongside Kriti Sanon. The film, which marked Shaheer Sheikh’s Bollywood debut and the directorial debut of Shashanka Chaturvedi, premiered on a streaming platform in October last year.
While the difference in their Valentine’s Day posts may have raised a few eyebrows, it’s important to remember that social media often doesn’t capture the full picture of a relationship. Whether it’s an innocent social media quirk or a deeper moment of reflection for Kajol, only time will tell.
