In light of these concerns, the police took swift action, preventing the show from taking place. Scheduled for February 17, 2025, at the Indira Gandhi Pratisthan in Gomti Nagar, the show was canceled. Officials from the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) arrived at the venue and halted the comedian’s team from setting up the event.

This move follows a growing demand from both authorities and some sections of the public for more responsible content in comedy shows. Yadav had previously called for such events to be reviewed, ensuring that performers do not cross boundaries with their jokes.
