Redbirds Fly High Over Hornets

De Pere’s girls’ basketball team played awesome! They cruised past Green Bay Preble with a score of 68-34. This big win happened in the Fox River Classic Conference. The Redbirds shared the ball really well. Four players scored in double figures!

Leading the charge for De Pere were Aubree Fischer and Abby Tassoul. Both sharpshooters scored 13 points each. Also, Jaden Ciesielczyk added 12 points to the scoreboard. Adeline Dwyer wasn’t far behind, contributing 11 points. For Preble, Sophia Smith did her best. She scored 8 points for her team.

With this victory, De Pere keeps soaring. They now have a fantastic 20-3 overall record. In the conference, they are undefeated at 17-0! However, the Hornets unfortunately dropped in the standings. Preble’s record is now 13-9 overall and 10-6 in the conference.

Alayna Deprez led Luxemburg-Casco in scoring. She scored 10 points for the Spartans. Freedom’s win is their seventh in a row! Their record now stands at 18-4 overall and 14-3 in the conference. Luxemburg-Casco’s record falls to 9-12 overall and 9-7 in the NEC.
